Terms of Service
These terms are not final. SpySift must complete and publish the governing law, delivery commitment, refund policy, subscription cancellation process, and effective date before accepting live payments.
SpySift is being developed as a competitive research service. It is intended to summarize information available from public web pages and provide decision-support suggestions. Source availability and automated analysis can be incomplete or inaccurate; customers should verify material findings before acting.
Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, safeguarding their login details, and ensuring workspace members have appropriate access. Users may submit public website URLs they are authorized to research. SpySift does not promise access to pages behind a login or guarantee that a website can be read.
Reports and monitoring
Report limits, competitor counts, monitoring cadence, prices, delivery time, and included features must be shown at checkout and in the account before purchase. Reports are generated from third-party public data sources and AI services and do not guarantee business, revenue, ranking, or sales outcomes.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are intended to be processed by Stripe Checkout. Recurring plans, where offered, renew at the interval and price displayed at checkout until canceled. Cancellation, failed-payment handling, refunds, taxes, and charge disputes must be described in the final terms and made available in the live account.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use SpySift to bypass access controls, collect personal data unlawfully, overload websites, or violate applicable law or source-site terms. SpySift may pause a job that creates security, legal, or unusual cost risks.
